A NEW £50m Bio-Refinery deal masterminded by waste to energy experts H2 Energy is set to transform the energy requirements at one of Britain’s leading food manufacturers.
Liverpool-based H2 Energy Ltd has partnered with 2 Sisters Food Group to install H2 Energy Bio-Refineries at all 2 Sisters 43 factory locations in the UK. Under the terms of the signed contract between H2 Energy and 2 Sisters Food Group - H2 Energy will design, manufacture, construct, and operate these Bio-Refineries which convert food waste and animal by-products into power and heat.Read more
H2 Energy confirms an agreement to install Bosch Rexroth electronics, PLC control systems and remote SCADA monitoring. The control platform enables H2 Energy to remotely monitor the performance and key performance indicators of every plant (24 x 7) and provide a web-based application for clients.Read more
H2 Energy's Liverpool factory has taken delivery of the first 7 new processing tanks. A total number of 16 tanks will be installed for a major UK Food Group, converting 20 tonnes per day of food waste into electricity and processing steam. Each tank is manufactured in high temperature HDPE to a copyrighted design with bunded double walls.Read more
