William has 35 years operational experience in production engineering, project management, logistics and general management in the international arena.
Having spent his first 12 years with Nestlé SA he has been appointed to the Boards of 4 Public Companies within the UK, Australia and Turkey, all related to international manufacturing, process engineering, oil & gas and construction. He has worked operationally in Eurasia, The Middle East, North & West Africa, Asia Pacific, Australia with 4 years (2007-2011) in South America working on renewable energy projects.
His expertise encompasses corporate engineering, strong day to day management skills, production engineering, project and program management.
As a founder of H2 Energy, he leads the Company as CEO, together with a great team of equally committed colleague’s, who have a deep passion in British Engineering at its best, Manufacturing and the development of people.
Kevin has held Directorships in a number of companies and holds a long-term track record of supporting and developing businesses in their growth and sustainable-profitability strategies.
He spent 27 years working in the Oil Industry, initially in product development, and later in commercial management, culminating in helping found and then becoming a Vice-President in Shell's Global Services business.
Kevin has considerable specialist expertise in business transformations and start-ups with broad commercial and senior management skills.

Joined H2E bringing a wealth of expertise from the Construction, CHP, Power Generation, Gas and M&E sectors. Chris has previous experience controlling the design and contract management of multi-million pound contracts in the UK to Clients including Peel Holdings (Media City), Astrazeneca, Eon, Dalkia, National Grid and NNC. At H2E he is integral to the delivery of a number of £5m+ Bio-Refinery installations across the UK, overseeing the Design and Project functions.

Laura leads the Commercial Team to generate project proposals for all clients. The team are resonsible for feasability and economic modelling, permitting, compliance and contract management.
Dean BullenFinancial Director
As Finance Director of H2 Energy, Dean is responsible for the finance and company secretarial functions. Key areas of focus include robust financial planning, cash generation with keen cost management as well as business process simplification. A proven finance professional, Dean brings more than 20 years of financial and management experience to his role.
Prior to joining H2 Energy in November 2013, Dean has worked in a number of market sectors with businesses ranging from small SMEs to multi-national PLCs. He has been personally responsible for the delivery of a variety of initiatives, all of which have had a positive impact to bottom line profitability.
As a member of the senior management team, Dean is involved in regularly evaluating the strategic direction of the company, management policies and the effectiveness with which operational management implements them, whilst assessing the overall risk of the company.

As Director of Biotech Cathy leads on Research and Development initiatives bringing 20 years’ experience from companies such as Danone and IPL Ltd (Asda & Walmart). Cathy leads a team of microbiologists and lab technicians who have responsibility for all analytical R&D, research into new technologies and integration of Innovation and best practice.
Joy RawHR Director
Joy joined H2energy in March 2015 as Human Resources Director and brings a wealth of experience to the business. As a member of the C.I.P.D Joy has worked as an H.R. professional in manufacturing, retail and the voluntary sector and has contributed positive results to the successful running of a large complex organisation.
The HR function drives the recruitment and training requirements for the rapid expansion of the business whilst introducing excellent employee benefits including remuneration, pension and healthcare.
The role of the HR Director as a business partner is to provide a broad range of HR services to enhance and support the business and its most valuable resource, our people.
John OwensOperations Director
As Operations Manager of H2 Energy, John is responsible for the final design, manufacture, installation and operation of the Bio-Refinery. John’s areas of focus are lean manufacturing, project management and efficient operation of the Bio-Refinery on the clients site. John is a time served engineer with proven manufacturing and project build skills.
Prior to joining H2 Energy John has worked on large manufacturing sites and managed technically demanding engineering projects. He has been responsible for the management of skilled teams to ensure clients projects are built on time and on budget. As a member of the senior management team, John is key in keeping the operational department at the front of the current manufacturing practices and up to date will all correct operational legislation.

Andrew is responsible for taking the initial feasibility of a project and following it through the Bio-Refinery system to ensure that the pre-treatment processes are compliant with the existing regulations and legislation to produce a Concept Design. This means specifying the equipment necessary at each stage of the Bio-Refinery process and ensuring continuous and batch processes are managed within the system.

After 23 years’ service in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and a HND in Mechanical Engineering Malcolm brings a great deal of experience to the H2 Energy Operation. Malcolm is highly experienced in Quality Manufacturing Techniques to include Lean Manufacturing and a specialist in Health & Safety and Leadership Training.

Gordon is a highly experienced Quality Manager, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Quality Assurance holding various other quality qualifications together with having considerable experience in the development of documented Quality Systems in readiness for full ISO accreditation, as well as other industry specific standards This work has been carried out in the United Kingdom, Europe and North America
Gordon recently achieved Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.

Luke joined the Company from achieving a Distinction in his HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is responsible for designing the electrical systems, HMI systems and programming of Bosch Rexroth PLC Controllers. Luke also designed and operates the SCADA system within the Bio-Refinery and sees the process through to commission and testing.

Ken is responsible for taking the Concept Design and making it fit within the footprint which we have been allocated, ensuring that the pressure drops through the pipework and pumps are acceptable at all levels. He has a vast amount of experience in pipework systems and this is applicable to all of the fluids in the system (water, feedstock slurry and gas).

Jim is responsible for the production of concept drawings and the drawings required for planning and environmental permit applications, as well as providing 3D views of the client’s site and the proposed layout so that they can approve the concept prior to application submissions.

Sam is responsible for the production of structural and civil drawings for the manufacture of parts internally and externally – pipework, tanks, frames, gantries, stairwells, building structures – whilst working with the production team and sub-contractors to streamline the manufacturing process and reduce costs. He also has extensive experience of working with the manufacturing equipment which enhances his role.

Emma’s role within H2 Energy covers the Management of all Marketing activity to include the production and presentation of marketing literature and materials, organising and co-ordinating events, PR activities and Brand development.
